getting older is no joke, ten years ago, i could eat a pack of gummy bears.... now i have to eat the recommended serving of 15 or il have a sugar high headache...
to this point no, am not a diabetic, and cuz my mother has type 2, both of us are eating her diet of low sugar, high protein and greens.
