wow, what an interesting post. the word intimacy is kinda loaded because it means different things to people and they value each part differently.
i noticed the three things that you mentioned about what intimacy means to you are all physical expressions, but they interplay in different dimensions.
to me, intimacy is the sharing of the inner space between two people that involves being seen, being understood, being touched, and being chosen.
sometimes it doesn't lie in what is done, but what is understood and how that shared space is perceived and received.
anyway, just sharing my thoughts :3
