I was offered my current job the day before I was let go. Due to my time there I got 2 months worth of severance pay - and given that would have been my notice period if I'd left of my own volition I decided to spend two months just chilling out as who knows when that will happen again. It was great. (I played A LOT of F1 Manager!)
