very frustrating. Everyone always says there are all kinds of "resources" available, as though it's all anyone needs is just a list of places to call. But good therapists can be hard to find, and even then, you need one that is the right fit. That's before insurance and other financial concerns. Understood. This avenue may not be possible.

I know I can't help much, but I am really hoping you can find a way to hang on.
