Painting the interior of the top cabinet was the worst. I had a migraine after doing this part from all the chemicals! It pushed me back an entire day because I had to rest and get past that.
The second coat went on much faster. I was happy to close up my oil-based enamel and move on to accent colors. These were all latex-base paints. I didn't need a lot, so I just got paint samples! These weren't available at Home Depot when I first started refinishing furniture and could have used them!
