I like the physical proportionality of them. I don't like having to keep track of all the decimal places! Lol. Or managing cumulative errors.
But they're pretty amazing even though we have insanely good pocket calculators (I've got an HP 16C I've had since new).
I have only three slide rules, one a K&E 3 inch plastic circular one. Crazy small!
