I once had to act as interpreter for an agent looking for a "perfect property" in rural Spain. Looking for Minimum 80 hectares with artesian well and 1000m2 (9000 ft) buildable property. Luckily for Spain, they didn't find one :)

Could have saved themselves a Fortune with my proposal - buying my place with views of thousands of hectares of free to roam mountains, and put their friends Up in the fivest star hotel in Spain down the road, much financial tread to spare.

There has never been more money in the world, and still so many bargains to be had in lands where land has relatively no value.
