"content": "My friend Athula just delivered 3 jars of chutney (beet/coconut, eggplant, and ridge gourd) and most amazing roasted cashews. The cashews are harvested by tribals in the Eastern Ghats (mountains), roasted over a wood fire, then peeled. The pepper is a single origin pepper from Melnad in the Western Ghats, and the salt is from the Himalayas.
