I used his debt snowball to get out of 30k in debt and it worked pretty spectacularly.
When I borrowed against a life insurance policy to buy other assets, I went against his "cash only" mantra.
He's a big real estate investor. There is zero chance he's paying cash for all his investment properties. If there's anything valuable in his method it's to avoid stupid debt -- debt that doesn't carry value with it. Never buy a new car, is a good example.
