I'm unsure by the meaning of the capital letter in Discourse. To me that implies a specific instance of discourse that is commonly referred to as Pride Discourse as a proper noun.

But I'm struggling to imagine a quasi-official instance of discourse (either plain English meaning or the discussion software product meaning).

If you just mean 'read public discussions by people who participate in Pride activities in Amy of many public discussion fora', then would think it's ok, generally.
