It also has impact for regulation of Latin America, Central Asia and African countries. Dictators very quickly will use this side-door to get all information and communication of critics.

For this reason it is a matter of interest of everyone who thinks that privacy is a guarantee of freedom of speech in the world, not only in western countries or if lost in western countries - functionally of dark internet.

It is not true, that only Pirate party is defending privacy, but it is true that Patrick as a member of this party, is one of the most systemic and outspoken in his defense of privacy.
