I've held the theory for a while that the Soul exists like a User, where the Brain exists as the Physical Hardware.
The Mind is independent of the Soul, as the OS running on the Brain.
Sometimes things break, yet the User is unaffected.
I first posited this theory with the trannies and what I discovered was an almost universal addiction to "hypnoporn"; in theory, this is reprogramming the Mind.
Which in theory could leave the Soul outside, observing what's going on, screaming into the Void "STOP", totally unable to affect the disaster, much like a User staring at a screen as a virus corrupts a computer.
To further the analogy; imagine a tech-worker remoting into your system. You've granted access, and he's moving your cursor around and doing work on your system.
Choosing to watch that hypnoporn was the tranny granting remote-access. From there, that poor Soul is doomed to merely watch as the Mind is updated with the new, corrupted OS.
