There are currently more than 21 million 'bitcoin'. Not on the blockchain, in people's various custodial wallets.
If you're all using a custodian 21 million is not enforced. You can throw your 'digital scarcity' argument out the window.
Everyone needs to use bitcoin how it was intended to be used.
