This is one of the cuts of Standing Rib Roast that I picked up on sale at Publix back in December. It's nice to be able to cook one of these up every 2 months or so.

Yesterday we had Prime Rib, Baked Potatoes, Sauted & Steamed Vidalias and Zuchinni, & Garden Salad for dinner.

Tonight we are having Thin Sliced Prime Rib on Poppy Seeded Kaiser Rolls with Homemade Arby's Sauce or Horsey Dijonaise, French Fries and Leftover Garden Salad with Sliced Boiled Eggs.
