More of the ongoing work bullshit: if I send a Whatsapp message to the "coordinator" account it might get read by any one of 2-3 people, or possibly no one, so if I get a response I have no idea who it's from, and if I have to ask a follow-up question (or just...the same question again, because nobody responded the first time) then half the time the next response is "what are you talking about" 💀💀💀
