Clues include “JIS256, “256 bytes per sector, 26 sectors”, “1.6/2.0 MB” (presumably formatted/unformatted capacity) and “not supported on Windows/MS-DOS”.
Looking at the floppy formats list on Wikipedia it doesn’t seem to match PC98 or Sharp X68000.
Is it for Japanese Word Processors maybe?
