Sick to death of people banging on about the saintly NHS.
The NHS is a total disgrace where wasting money is concerned
The management literally spend money like water on everything but where it should be spent, then they go back to Govt asking for more then bleating to the media they’re underfunded.
They are NOT underfunded.
They are wasteful, incompetent and infested with leftie activists who don’t care it’s failing because they’ll get to blame the Govt and people believe them.
It needs a total overhaul, deadwood removing, proper procurement and staff that want to work instead of playing politics.
