In my opinion Obama committed war crimes with his drone strikes on weddings and funerals to take out terrorist leaders. He also skirted International Law in other dealings and uses of force.
All that said, Obama *never* launched a full-scale attack on Iran, instead he negotiated a deal with them which kept the Strait of Hormuz open (implicitly) and allowed inspection of the nuclear facilities (explicitly).
