I doubt China wants anything to do with them. Their political leadership is perfectly aware of their nature.
A lot of them left Russia at the start of the current war, and I doubt they'd be welcomed back enthusiastically. Iran is also unlikely. Those relationships are poisoned at least to some extent.
The remaining part (if any) of Ukraine is a possibility for israel 2.0. Settling in South America, India, perhaps Poland are also possible. Or perhaps during the decay they carve out a piece of the US (Florida?).
