#nostr peps, anyone have any insights on the source of funding for this research? Not doubting the quality of the information, but I've noticed growing adoption of #erythritol and #keto branded things in the stores. And, I have suspicion that some industry groups might not be happy about it.
(I've been on keto for the past 7 yrs. I'm a healthy body weight, and regularly swim and cycle... Keto helps with focus, and I believe it's better for one's health overall.)
