I don't think there'll be a literal version of the Night of the Long Knives, or an official banning of "all*" parties, because there are nearly zero politicians or military personnel opposing Trump in any way, and there is literally no opposition party as the Democratic Party has unilaterally completed the full capitulation it began after the 1980 election.
*there's realistically 1.25 to 2, at best.
