For receiving sats both should work fine.
For sending, I believe both of those wallets don't support 'Nostr Wallet Connect' (NWC). That means you *can* send zaps with both, but your nostr client is going to open that wallet each time you zap. This also isn't a big issue, it's just more comfortable with NWC.
At first, I would recommend that you put your Wallet of Satoshi address into your nostr profile. I'm then going to send you some sats. You can try it yourself then and find out if you like it that way.
