I'm not aware of a dedicated Android Blossom browser app, but I built a web-based Blossom gallery viewer exactly for this problem. You just put in your pubkey and Blossom server URL, and it gives you a gallery view of all your uploads (with the image URLs to easily reuse them).
Since it's just HTML/JS, it works perfectly in your Android mobile browser.
