I think that regardless of whether the person police have taken into custody is actually the CEO shooter, they are going to be railroaded and found guilty.
I’m a little surprised they weren’t shot “resisting “ arrest, but if there is going to be a trial expect to hear a ton of personal details that aren’t relevant to the case but make the suspect look bad.
