Just read this and it literally doesn’t even contradict what I said.

It actually admits that most of the gap is women and men choosing different occupations, education, work experience, etc. then it goes into a long section that it pretends is “science” where it literally discusses *polls* among men and women who shared their *opinion* about why there is a pay difference. Which is almost comically silly. That’s like taking a poll of this thread about the issue. The data is literally available, we don’t have to ask peoples political opinions, which are almost universally just self serving, to find the answer. Which suggests to me they know, yes again, this has nothing to do with sexism. Its competence, choice, preference (which they also actually take note of, that many more women specifically say they do not want to be the boss or in leadership roles), then it talks about pressures in the home where the man feels like he needs to provide more and the women feel they need to do more with the family. Also, none of that is sexism or discrimination. It’s literally our biology tending us toward certain roles or preferences.

I’m actually surprised this was as honest as it was despite the lengthy attempt to equate a bunch of vapid political opinions as hard data for something easily measurable.
