I talk to millions of people on national radio every week. I CANNOT use that word and I KNOW that many people will just stop listening when they hear it. ** I ** don't like the word. I don't use that word in public discussions and it grates when I hear it. If the goal is to reach as many people as possible with a concept, being "cute" with words is exactly the wrong approach.
