However, the plugin marketplaces for VSCode and Code OSS are separate. But, at least on arch linux, there's https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/code-marketplace which lets you install plugins from the VSCode marketplace into Code OSS. This seems legit if I restrict myself to plugins with an OSS license. Alternatively, you can download each plugin source and install it directly in Code OSS.
