having used both, floorp is similar to vivaldi with its web panels and other utilities but also having the ability to make web apps on desktop (though it's very crude) and zen is akin to arc , only offering vertical tabs

I like zen more because it has a level of polish to it that most other forks dont have, but also tab management is leagues better than most with spaces and tab folders

Wished both were on mobile, but waterfox has been good to me on android
