A few minor comments:
- Iodine prophylaxis has no empirical basis. Soviet citizens given iodine developed thyroid cancer at rates indistinguishable from those that were not. Laboratory models have also failed to find a protective effect.
- Modern three-stage warheads fission kilograms, not merely grams. But your point remains 100% true - reactors have fuel loads in the tens of tonnes.
- Hiroshima/Nagasaki (Little Boy and Fat Man) did not use Tritium and Deuterium boosters, the boosted fission design wasn't tested until '49 IIRC.
