Dinner tonight was a meatball sandwich on French bread with sautéed mushroom stems and homemade dairy free cauliflower Alfredo sauce. There were also stuffed mushrooms on the side and there will be pumpkin spice sugar cookies for dessert. It is a good thing that I do not share a living space with another human being because I ate an obscene amount of garlic, and I'm sure the aroma coming out of every single pore is incredibly potent.
