"content": "It is over a week now when I had this amazing late #lunch, early #dinner, or #linner if you will. It was in the Art Nouveau district in a Japanese place called Shōyu. They specialize on #Ramen and are one of the three places in #Riga with a #Michelin Bib.\n\nhttps://image.nostr.build/12c7986acf94a66335b37b766508139886f62ed1007410c91ce4e5e243d87e46.jpg\n\nI started with a delicious #Tuna Tataki with wasabi sauce, especially the sauce was so good I had to hold myself not to lick the plate clean. \n\nhttps://image.nostr.build/2f08b08e0ad3cf0112442c8a5b76baf5e274b831ad4c5effec3632174304ddf7.jpg\n\nThen I had the Ramen. It was nice, smooth, strong and nicely balanced.
