Hypertrophy-focused resistance training 6x/week, atleast 8k steps/day, see the sunrise/sunset, 4-5 meals/day with 1g/lb bw in protein every day split evenly b/w those meals.

Whole, less processed foods when possible. Hydrating, but stopping caffeine at noon. Post-meal walks with podcasts.
