not sure how The: Daniel⚡️ (npub1aeh…4nwx) does it, but I boil water and reduce to a simmer, add a little white vinegar or lemon juice, start swirling the water with a slotted spoon and then crack and drop in an egg. swirl every few seconds to avoid sticking, pull out with slotted spoon after the translucency disappears, about 1.5-2 minutes
