Yah, that could be. I usually sleep on my stomac h so i probably slept on my side last night or something wrong.
But yah, in my case I think the shoes were a big part, i looked at them and they were worn smooth. Usually i try to get a new pair every like 3 months, but my last pair was on month 7...
