Fantastic v-log!!
One area I have experienced compounding growth in my life is health habits.
There are so many things I do today that I would have thought crazy 3 years ago - cooking 99% of my food at home, waking up every morning for the sunrise, minimal light after dark - but over time my habits have compounded and now it’s my norm and I am so much healthier.
