In other countries, one of these three variables is always lacking: in the United States, they have education and capital, but the authorities haven't push people into Bitcoin due to extreme regulations.
In developing countries, the authorities encourage Bitcoin adoption because of bad regulations and bad money, but they either lack capital or education.
In Europe, the perfect mix is emerging.
