I cannot stress enough how helpful Kye's staff was dealing with a package lost in transit.
Originally I ordered these to Germany, to reach me at the #38C3, and to save Kye some non-trivial delivery cost of sending them to Iceland. But that package got lost.
When that became apparent, I got sent a new one, to Iceland, free of charge. Even though I *insisted* I want to pay for delivery there.
