This transcript is a good example of the sweet spot in using AI for me now, same with programming. I know more or less how to make a stir fry, Claude's instructions would not teach me if I were a beginner. But I don't remember some details. OTOH I don't want to follow a recipe. So I ask the AI. Sure is a lot easier than doing keyword retrieval searches and hunting through all the spam to find the info I want.
