Yes we only have a subscription model right now. We don't charge per transaction because we don't touch our users money so this becomes very difficult to do, if not impossible, in a self-custody manner—at least for onchain payments anyway.
Totally understand the juice vs squeeze thing. Hopefully more folks will start paying merchants in bitcoin!
