Currently im using ttrss for that. Biggest reason is, that ttrss uses minimal space to display feeds and titles on the display to handle this vast number of rss feeds.
Most of the RSS readers are made for like 10-20 or max 50 RSS feeds then it gets completely crowded because of their design and "beauty". And if you start to get used to RSS readers the number grows and you need a more professional ergonomic/practical and design.
