I made Mac n cheese from scratch. I've done this once before, 16 months ago. The reason being it takes 2 hours and overheats me and makes my legs hurt and dirties all my pots. But it's really fucking good. We did half cheddar and half emmental. Now excuse me while I digest the 2 full bowls I ate.
