Delta suing CrowdStrike and Microsoft after having to cancel over 4,500 flights seems inevitable given the huge negative impact it had on their business.

It’s a good question if the standard software EULAs will protect them and if not whether others will also sue?

It’s an interesting question as to whether Microsoft will now defy EU regulators and limit access to the kernel by security vendors or just treat such lawsuits as an acceptable risk going forward.
