Mada Masr is reporting that the plan for Gaza Egypt and other states are preparing will include an administrative body that will govern Gaza alongside the Palestinian Authority for a period of 6 months.
It's unclear who will be part of it. In addition, Egypt will train Palestinian security forces to take over security of Gaza.
The plan will be discussed tomorrow at the Arab Summit.
