The NCCC said to the ABC in relation to the missing middle housing plan that "we are still a car-based society whether we like it or not."
This is only the case because of the lack of drive and investment in alternative modes. If we really want to change how we move, we have to give Canberrans a reason why. So far, only S1 of LR has done that.
