"content": "My sister has had the chore of doing something with all the many tomatoes we have from the garden. So far, she has made salsa, tomato juice, and Bloody Mary mix. I was given the task of dealing with the cucumbers. Today, I made a batch of refrigerator dill pickles. It was a recipe that I had success with last summer in Brooklyn. \n\nThe photos show some of the jars before I filled them with brine. In 24 hours, I will be able to stick a garlicky dill spear in a Bloody Mary.\n\n#Canning #GrowYourOwn\nhttps://media.mstdn.social/media_attachments/files/113/109/318/376/439/303/original/f878d7694f9faee8.jpeg\nhttps://media.mstdn.social/media_attachments/files/113/109/327/324/707/097/original/0e23db78927e17f0.jpeg\n",
