There's also this abortive logistics "system" between major areas that allows you to take goods from your valley IV factory and transfer them to the Wuling factory. The amount you can transfer is based on a weight or value system, higher valued something is the less you can transport at one time, and the transport timer between regions is 1 hour. There is absolutely 0 point in waiting 1 hour to get 20 batteries, and in fact, there's absolutely no reason to use this system at all period, because you can transfer 10k batteries instantly by simply going up to the Dijang, managing your Valley IV depot, placing 10k batteries in your inventory, swapping your managed depot to Wuling, then stashing all 10k batteries.
