We had planned to row this morning but the lurgy has struck again. Second day running and definitely feeling a few grumbles around my knees, most likely down to using muscles to stabilise myself running on mud yesterday. A cool lovely morning run with Coxhoe on the run ending in the lamplight for coffee. I forgot to start my watch so missing about 1km.
I was also in the lamplight last night for a beer with my son, the owner was puzzled and couldn't place me without running gear
