I’ve read that common allergy gets triggered when our allergy tolerance “barrel” is full. So if I can keep my “barrel” as empty as possible, I don’t incessantly sneeze. How? By eating whole food #plantBased vegan diet. In my case, the severe hay fever was caused by dairy. Sometimes when I’m stressed, even soy would affect me. So I walk (exercise) to reduce stress (almost) daily, which keeps my intestines healthy. I love outdoors, and not sneezing is indispensable.😙👌
