Whenever I see weird things like that, I tend to have that in mind. I've seen people with schizophrenia or drug psychoses do so many strange things that you start to get a feeling for the "texture" of it if you know what I mean, just intuition. I wouldn't jump to that conclusion, but it wouldn't surprise me either.
