My current prescription is progressive and it's fine for driving, walking around, or reading a physical book. It's awful for using my laptop or my Steam Deck, though.
He gave me a separate non-progressive prescription just for computer use at my last checkup. Every time I try to use my progressive lenses with my laptop and start getting dizzy and nauseated, I'm reminded that I never got another pair to go with the other prescription.
His office has never included pupillary distance on the scripts. I've always gotten it measured after I pick out frames and lenses.
I want to try FL-41 lenses because I am sensitive to bright light and flickering light. I'm not sure who has those locally.
